I'm back on the wagon after out-of-control eating for 1-2 wks. I feel like I'm starting over. I'm somewhat concerned that my state of mind regarding food has not truly changed.
146.2 lb Lost so far: 30.8 lb.    Still to go: 6.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
