Down again slightly. I'm glad to see some movement after several days of a holding pattern. Slowly, bit by bit, my weight decreases. I am getting to where I want to go.
208.2 lb Lost so far: 128.8 lb.    Still to go: 40.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
