I didn't have a successful week I cheated twice. For emotional reason, not sure why. II thought I was stronger than I was, but I am not going to hard on my self, I know that this journey will take time and firm foundation is more important than anything. I love me, and I am starting fresh again. Stinger this time. I am strong enough to be truthful to myself and I know that that is growth for me.I didn't meal plan and that where I fell short. I could have felt my hormones being imbalance this week, which lead to a lot of other bad choices.
