I've really been tracking my carbs and pre-planning my meals and I think it's working. I've been at a plateau for so long. I've also been getting up an hour earlier then I used to and doing interval training on the stationary bike. Really hope this loss isn't just a fluke. I'm just thankful to finally see the numbers on the scale go down. I'll keep doing what I've been doing and hopefully it will finally get me to my 100 pound weight loss goal I only have 23 more pounds to go and then 5 more to my overall goal. No excuses keep moving forward!!!!!!!!
173.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 28.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
