I'm back!!! After being gone for a month on holiday I'm really pretty happy that this was all I've put back on- not bad!
Especially considering I've been doing nothing but eating all day long for the last three weeks this is result I am really pleased about.
We just went through traveling for nearly 24 hours my body still feeling pretty swollen so might even see a bit of a dip tomorrow. It's also
