If only... I COULD POO... I'd lose a few pounds... LMBO, TMI, but true!
186.2 lb Lost so far: 2.8 lb.    Still to go: 36.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

If you eat carbs, try FiberOne Original cereal. If you don't eat carbs, try raw broccoli, which my husband calls "nature's little dust brooms" :)
