I have been doing this pretty much on my own since January. Not keeping track of what I eat but being mindful and working out 4-5 times a week. I have been stuck at this weight for about a month so I hope that keeping a closer eye on things and upping my workout will push me through this bump in the road.
136.6 lb Lost so far: 12.4 lb.    Still to go: 6.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
