Finally lost my holiday/vacation weight and got below my last weigh in weight. Maybe I can keep this train moving again. I hope everyone had a wonderful holiday. We went to see my daughter and spent Christmas with her. 9 days in a hotel meant eating out daily. We did do a lot of walking and according to my phone and steps one day was almost 11 miles, other day were close to 4 miles. Anyway, it was a great trip and wonderful to see her but I am certainly glad to be back on my regular schedule :)
203.0 lb Lost so far: 45.0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
