Things are changing on the business front. Some of my clients want to return to outsourcing and others are pulling work back inhouse. Not sure how this will shake out. I'm feeling stressed, but I should not worry about it. It all works out fine eventually. Just be prepared.
153.4 lb Lost so far: 58.6 lb.    Still to go: 3.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Coco same for me and my workplace... I am trying not to worry but there is always that underlying current of what if? Let's just keep thinking for positive outcomes instead of doom and gloom. Either way there are just some things out of our control so we might as well try to control our emotions and keep positive? xoxoxoxox ((((Hugs))))TOWANDA!!!!!
