Ate late last night and for the first time a little MORE than a 1000 calories a day. Shocked and amazed and HAPPY....dropped 2 lbs. :)))
216.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 81.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
