Not worried at all. As I've always done, I believe only the lowest number per week while I'm losing. I've got the food sorted out (being home really helps), and I feel quite determined with no desire to cheat. Late breakfast, good sized evening meal, and then a light snack before bed to keep me from waking up starving. I love not feeling stuffed.

I have a new rule:
Weigh it and log it accurately. 1.3 ounces is NOT 1 ounce. Liar!

Got a bit of snow last night.

196.0 lb Lost so far: 1.4 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Good for you for measuring and weighing. It does matter. We've got a mini blizzard going on here... kidding, only 4".

I'm living in the nice sunshine.

Chatterbox, it gets sunny here too. I mean, it's still minus 20, but it gets sunny. I just made a discover. I had 700 calories for breakfast and then immediately wanted more. I didn't fight it; I went with tuna and more salad. My discovery (which I already knew), if I have too much too early, I want more. Change it up tomorrow. I'll have to tread carefully for the remainder of the day.

Getting stuffed is not as much fun as it used to be...

Whenever I start the day eating too much and then try to cut back later it doesn't work. Something about the early splurge just makes it a struggle.

Dang you Christmas. Are you stalking me? Toblerone from a student? Seriously? (DOn't check my food diary.)

It's crazy...my doctor has me on a 1200 calorie a day diet...and I am the same way...when I eat breakfast...30 minutes later I am hungry again...then I seem to go through half my calories for breakfast

@Chatterbox34482 drinking a glass of cold water or milk with your meals helps you to feel fuller. I'm trying to stick to 1200 a day as well, and it's a little difficult. You have to find combinations of food that make you full, and remember that when your stomach is "growling" you may be thirsty, not hungry!

try, yaksioka Japanese noodles they will keep you full for about 6 hours, without wanting to eat snacks and sodas

Soup will keep you full. Try Egg Drop soup for breakfast, it keeps me full for hours!

That egg drop soup advice is GOLDEN! It really works! I tried it a few weeks ago, and I don't know why I don't do it every day! It's like magic. Thanks, Vopil!
