I've been very sporadic on here as far as journaling, sorry 'bout that buddies! I kind of took a little break over the holidays, I didn't even try to be good let's just be honest. BUT, I'm back into the swing of things now so that's what I will be focusing on. Flushing out the crud, lots of fiber and liquids, we'll see where that gets me. I woke up early enough to bike AND shovel our entire gigantic driveway so I got a pretty good workout in. Yes, shoveled....we have a 4-wheeler with a plow AND a snowblower and I shoveled instead....small victories :) Looking into a new device, I have a fitness watch and a Bodymedia and I would like to find something that combines them both...thinking one of the FitBits....suggestions???

Personally, not much is going on. Hubster and I are still house-searching. The one we put an offer in on fell through. Stinks, the sellers were big butt-faces about it so that didn't help the situation. Our realtor sent us 62 listings yesterday so hopefully we can find something!!! Let's see, what else??? Work is work, kinda slow with the holidays. We are all preparing for the transition over to our new company so no big projects or anything. Christmas was actually pretty great this year. Went back to Iowa for 4 days, saw most of my family and friends and got some pretty freaking awesome gifts (however seeing my nieces and nephew tops that any day!). Then, hubby and I went out for New Year's back here in Sconnie to a small bar nearby and caught a 60's rock cover band, all the members are 70+ years old, it was actually a lot of fun. That's really all that has been going on, just chillaxing...hope you all had a good holiday :)

Glad you had a great Christmas. That 60's rock band sound pretty cool, would love to hear something like that. There was a band in my area called The Hubcaps, 50's - 60's rock and they did a great show. Hope you find the perfect house for your family.

That's the exact watch that I have RF, I love it for when I run...however I bike more than run in the winter and it's really only useful for the heart rate when I'm biking (since it's info is based off of steps)....but the body media you have to plug in to a computer to see anything so it's a bit annoying if you want to check your info WHILE working out...
