Keep up the good work. Just think I'm only 95 pounds away from rewarding myself with Wii so I'll be doing that workout and kicking Shia's butt and yours in tennis online (if you play) soon. I have nothing but time.

I can just imagine "deception" turning corners looking for you Blessed1. :-) Definitely keep moving, don't allow him (probably a him) to catch you off your guard. Stick to your plan and keep up the good work! I appreciate your comments on my journal.
