PING ... up a bit to 179.2.

Very HUNGRY last night ... so I ate. All healthy choices.

Ah well ... such is the journey. Very nice to see some old friends pop back into fatsecret ... yogamama ... girlygirlatheart ... life takes may twists and turns ... it is nice to have a place to come back to and check in!!!

I hope, I hope, I hope to FINALLY finish an evaluation report that has been hanging over my head today!!! I've been so busy that I haven't really had a chance to read through it and see if anything I said makes sense!!! I am also hoping to get so much done that I can leave early this afternoon ... way over my 40 hours this week and near brain burnout!!! LOL!!!

The weather has cooled which in some ways is welcome. I guess I better wrap this up ... I have a lot to do. Have a good day ... take care of yourselves out there in fatsecretland!!!

Its nice to be back. I have restarted eating healthier and have exercised some. Not as much as I have liked but I havent felt good. Thanks for keeping me motivated. Have a wonderful extended weekend.

The scale is simply reporting back what you already know, so there's not a problem dealing with that at all. I definitely like the "all healthy choices" part. There are so many decisions/choices we have the freedom to make. If you get them *all* right, you have strengthened yourself in one day. If you extend it beyond food, you can significantly strengthen yourself in a *single* day. You seem well in control of yourself. Have a great weekend my friend. :-)

Hope you have a great weekend with some down time to recharge. You deserve a break. You are still my HERO. You keep me balanced in my thinking when I take a right when I should take a left.

I hope the evaluation report is behind you now, and you are having a great, relaxing weekend! Three cheers for healthy choices! I've been feeling so HUNGRY the last several days - turns out it was TOM knocking at the door. Like you said - such is the journey! All we can do is all we can do, and all we can do is enough! (that's the name of a book, btw). :)

Relevant post today! The two words to which I most relate in your journal are BRAIN BURNOUT. There are lots of kinds of tired - there is the physical tired from moving furniture or cleaning the gutters - there is a stressful tired from dealing with people all week (month and year) - then there is a MENTAL kind of tired from working one's BRAIN all week (month and year). To be mentally tired is a GOOD thing - in a way - but it can make us overeat to put our brains to sleep. NOT GOOD! What I love about using my brain is that perception of movement. I have myself convinced that mental exericse is about as beneficial as physical exercise -- even though this might not be the CASE at all. Speaking of CASES - enough of my hypercommunicative chatter - get back to your CASE STUDY -- I mean -- evaluation report! Love ya more than lima beans Baby!
