Happy New Year everyone!! Had fun last night and probably ate one too many cookies but New Year's Eve comes around once a year. I've been thinking about a theme for this coming year for my health. I thought of many words but the ones I keep coming back to is consistency and growth. Since I got a promotion and I will be working in town everyday I will have access to a gym that I can join and there is a newer cross fit gym and I was thinking about checking it out. Here's to a happy healthy new year!!
163.5 lb Lost so far: 55.5 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
