Finally got on the scale. I knew I put on weight by the taughtness in my pants. Christmas was fun, but bad for me weight. This is probably the highest I have been in 10+ years.
217.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 39.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
