Day 3 of SDL's BLC and I'm still dropping weight, my calorie deficit is awesome and I'm eating great.

Went to a baptism party and I did good, only ate two bites of the birria, and didn't even touch the cakes.

Steps: 11,571
155.4 lb Lost so far: 4.6 lb.    Still to go: 15.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
