I've been absent for a long time and gained back a bunch of weight. I couldn't even bear to try the scale even though the whole time I knew I was gaining weight and my clothes were getting tigher and tighter. I'm so disgusted with myself. But this morning I woke up and I thought that's it, I have to stop this stupidity and get back on induction right away. So here I am, focussed on regaining Ketosis, not weight.
202.0 lb Lost so far: 33.0 lb.    Still to go: 62.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.

I'm exactly the same, lost it completely for a while, weight crept on, just was getting uncomfortable in my clothes and feeling really rotten! I'm back too, good luck!
