Damn you, delicious holiday food! I'm glad I'll get the chance to workout hard the next couple of days, I need it! I've lost motivation for Zumba lately...which makes me a bit sad, because I really enjoy dancing! Wish I had some friends nearby to go to a club or something. I don't care about drinking or anything else, I just want to get on the dance floor and kill some fat cells!

Gonna keep flushing my system with tons of water, and get back to eating salads and such, so I can get back on track. Thankful that Christmas is next week! Was going to roast a turkey at the end of this week, but OfficerBF convinced me to wait for next week on our days off, so we can invite his parents over.
170.8 lb Lost so far: 37.2 lb.    Still to go: 35.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You have got a great start as you are over half way there. If you have been going at it hard sometimes the body can respond well to a lax day or two but that is it. Good luck.
