Well, I seem to have a problem sticking with my eating plan for more than a month even though I feel so much better because my bloated stomach actually slims down. I struggle with cooking high carb/calorie meals for my elderly parents while trying to maintain my eating habits which are totally different. Going to visit my in-laws next week so hopefully exercising and eating low carb will make me not feel so stressed about the fact that I've gained weight since our last visit :(
163.0 lb Lost so far: 0.4 lb.    Still to go: 23.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
