The week went pretty good. Really trying to watch what I'm eating and being aware. Some strange reason I seemed exhausted and cut back on my exercise. Even yesterday and today I did my normal but it was draining. Overall lots of ups and downs but better.
151.0 lb Lost so far: 26.0 lb.    Still to go: 16.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

thanks for your comment! I see you're doing good. keep up this good job! about cutting back on exercise, I read lately that sometimes we feel tired and don't want to exercise because we are getting bored. and in the article it was said that it was time to change something in our workout, or try something new. I don't know if it makes sense to you, it's just an idea...
