I have been enjoying a lot of delicious foods. Lately we had a fellowship meal at the church and I indulged on some tasty blueberry and apple pies. My breakfast lately have included a lot of carbs: peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, crackers with peanut put and one day I had one of those beautifully large cinnamon rolls with coffe. Yes even a lot of carbs with the sugary lattes. Yet, I want to loose twenty pounds.
