Well, here I am again. Once again, I didn't gain, but I didn't lose either. Next week WILL be different. I have to get back into the "really want it" mindset. I have to remember how fleeting those moments of giving it to cravings are and how little they satisfy after all. Someone please give me a good kick in the pants!
211.0 lb Lost so far: 68.0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Here's a kick right back. We need to do this thing Pixi and quit sitting on the fence! H&K&H&K&H&K&H&K (No that's not hugs and kisses. That's hugs and kicks. LOL!)

lol you ladies make me giggle...If it helps: Beginning of Feb. my sister weighed 210lbs. Now, granted she's a stay at home mom and able to work out twice a day but she is now finishing up a round of P90X weighing in at 153-155lbs. I motivated her to start losing and now she's the one that pushes me to work out...I help her with the diet/food aspect though. Just have to find something that will really motivate YOU! I love love love Jillian Michaels...she was 5'3" and 200lbs and she pushed herself to lose weight and get in shape. She didn't have a trainer, she didn't have a support group...she relied on herself. That my friends is inspirational in its self. Don't think "I can't do this or I can't do that" instead you need to be thinking "Why can't I do that?! Why can't that be me? They did it, so it can be done!"

You're right. It can be done. And, we need to be the ones to do it. So ladies, here's to us and MOTIVATION! I know the right track. I just need to get back on it.

Hey Stef! I'm a little lonely today. No-one is doing anything special for the 4th, so I had a "breakfast" dinner and I'm thinking of turning in early. I hope you are having a fun-filled, safe holiday. Love you too!!!

Hey, Johanne, sorry you are lonely...if I was closer, you could celebrate with us. We did the majority of our celebrating on the 3rd, then watched the city fireworks from the top of the hill last night. Was a nice evening! Hope you have a fabulous week. Hugs and love, sweet B!
