Resisted the BBQ last night when I went to my friend's house. Brought yogurt for supper instead. She had been asking about my diet, so she decided to skip the cookies and sweet tea this time. It actually helps me to analyze what I've been doing. I don't know if she'll follow through or not. She doesn't like anyone to confront her about bad habits... like smoking. Not up for discussion. So I don't talk about dieting either unless asked. I'm happy to explain what worked for me, but I try not to talk about it ad nauseam.

Took my measurements for the first time in ages. Had a benchmark from 2009:
2009 vs. 2011
waist: 41 to 35.5
hips: 48 to 41
upper arm: 16 to 13.5
thigh: 26 to 22
body fat: 49% to 26.8%

11:12am and it's storming already. These things blow up every day now.
154.2 lb Lost so far: 57.8 lb.    Still to go: 4.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 28 June 2011:
