Exercise level has been great lately. I'm very motivated to improve my performance for the next triathlon. Gotta get my eating under control though. I'm pretty much ignoring my RDI lately and just eating whatever. 1800 calories just seems tough to hit lately. I wonder if I raise my RDI a little to a number I feel more comfortable with if that might help.
196.0 lb Lost so far: 46.0 lb.    Still to go: 31.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 1.6 lb a week

Aim for like 2000 if it's easier. Remember the body doesn't want to change!!!
