Really blew it yesterday. Had piece of Wendys homemade cheesecake. I enjoyed it, but it was really heavy on my stomach and found I really didn't enjoy it that much after I ate it - sounds weird. Wasn't worth all the carbs - so I won't be doing that again. Back to the gym for 1.3 miles on the treadmill, triceps workout and abs crunches. Boy I ache today. But can't give up. Finally hit 40 lbs over the weekend - but let myself over-indulge. Back to the program because the lbs creep up to easily.
172.0 lb Lost so far: 38.0 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
