Signed up for the YMCA end of October, but didn't start going until 11-15-14. I have been going about 6-7 days a week. I lost weight. But I have to work on diet now, esp with holidays.
246.0 lb Lost so far: 33.0 lb.    Still to go: 45.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
