Another fine summer's day.......it's going to be sweaty......:)
190.7 lb Lost so far: 16.5 lb.    Still to go: 32.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Good morning, Tracy! Enjoy your fine summer's day! I trust you have air conditioning at your place of work. Outside in the elements, some cool, breathable fabric for your clothing would be helpful. Definitely not a good day for your new boots! Have a happy, fun day my friend! HUGS!

Tracy - so summer has finally struck in Merry Olde England! I've been thinking about you and your shoes - now try not too laugh too much - but I am making and attempt to re-learn to walk in heels for an upcoming wedding. I've been doing laundry, etc. clicking back and forth in heels. My feet swell and you can see the strap marks in my flesh for about an hour afterwards. Not sure if I'm going to make it. How do you stand the pain?

Hey Pammie - definitely not boot weather - I'm wearing a cotton dress and open shoes - not very work like but as we only have about two weeks of this weather on this side of the pond so have to take advantage....but then as I type this it seems like a storm is brewing on the horizon.....oh well summer was good while it lasted lol!!

lol Buffy! I know how you feel - when I left Zimbabwe I ended up working with men, living with men and kind of lost my femininity along the way. Then a friend came over and stayed with me for three months and she's a real "girlie girl" and I think she made it her mission to get me back on track, and what a fine job she did, I have never returned to my jeans and trainers. Her main mantra is "shoes are for fashion, not for comfort". I will say some are more comfortable than others - wedges which are really fashionable at the moment are much easier to wear for longer periods of time - you get the good old reliable court shoe now with a wedge which are really lovely - thin straps can be agony over a long period of time. If your feet swell try buying shoes that are half a size, or maybe even a full size bigger and they will probably be more comfortable. Only advice on the pain is grin and bare it :)

Raining here.. I expect it is where you are now Triaby ....... The air is still really humid .... So you'll still be sweaty lol

yeah summer is here in a big way too! its about 90-95 degrees F. on average and rains everyday. The price you pay for living in paradise the rest of the year. :)

Tracy my darling.... wanted you to to be the first to know... I'm now 99.88103987399998 KG (220.2 pounds) LOL :) Thanks for reminding me to celebrate double digits in Kg. I'll take every opportunity I can to celebrate :)

I can't wear open shoes at work and during the summer it is a real drag.
