A marginal drop. Still it's welcome.
212.8 lb Lost so far: 124.2 lb.    Still to go: 44.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Just a fifth of a pound. I am working out quite a bit, but I'm focused on how far I have to go. I'm happy to see each ounce drop away.
