HAPPY Post Thanksgiving!!! I knew I was going to be very, very BAD on Thanksgiving, and I was!!! I GAINED 3 lbs in 1 day. On Friday I got my good healthy Low Carb eating under control. This time next week I should be back under 140.0 lbs. I've got all my Christmas decorating done. If I say so myself, My inside and outside of my home look BEAUTIFUL!! Until next week.....Marlene
