Feeling great. I will aim to keep my calories closer to 1200 today since I was in the 2000-range over the weekend. Went shopping with my mom last Friday and bought shorts and sleeveless shirts at Sears since everything was on sale. My arms and legs haven't seen sunlight in years. I need to get this doughy, pasty skin tanned.
155.4 lb Lost so far: 56.6 lb.    Still to go: 5.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 27 June 2011:
1494 kcal Fat: 59.54g | Prot: 65.24g | Carb: 187.09g.   Breakfast: whole foods granola, cherries, cranberry green tea, peach, Quick Oatmeal (1 or 3 Minutes). Lunch: olive oil, tomato, potato soup, chicken salad, wheat bread. Dinner: organic dry coconut, cashews, chobani black cherry yogurt, fage cherry yogurt. Snacks/Other: cherries, Chocolate Coated Vanilla Ice Cream (Light, No Sugar Added), cashews, raisins. more...

Getting tanned should be very easy down here in the South. Providing it doesn't storm for an hour or two.

I have a trucker tan on my forearms and face from walking every day. But you're right about the storms. They've been popping up every afternoon lately!
