Hey Skylark, sometimes you've gotta. I can't tell you how many times I jumped on and off "diets" forever. It was oh so frustrating, but it is better if you look at it as a lifestyle change, a work in progress. I am so sick of diets, and I always fall off of them. I noticed that pattern. Whenever I go on this diet or that diet, they never last! A lifestyle change is doable ;)
