Well I did gain a pound while camping, but I'm ok with that. I had the forbidden bread three times while out there (but had just 2 half sandwiches and an english muffin), I indulged in an ice cream cone and a frappacino. I also had pizza the night we came back cause nobody felt like cooking. I also probably hiked 5 miles for 3 days so I was exercising a lot while gone. So considering how many items I shouldn't have eaten I'm feeling good that 1 pound was all I gained.
