I've been slacking on my journal entries!! Gotta get back in the swing of things; that's usually the start of my motivation decline! :O

Proud to have hit that 21 day mark! Feels like a mini victory! Now that things are more habitual, I should be able to really keep moving toward my goal. Also happy to have met my goal for January 1st, to get down to 176! Its awesome to be 2 months ahead of schedule on my weight loss!

I've also dragged my feet on decorating for the holidays...and I was so thrilled to do it before Halloween!...then..where did my enthusiasm go?? Christmas is a month away! I work tomorrow, and the next two days I have off. I am ABSOLUTELY going to decorate on my weekend! Also planning to wrap gifts, finish making some gifts, AND finish up hand-making Christmas cards too! Perhaps that's all too ambitious...afterall, Thursday is THANKSGIVING! Man...still gotta make cheesecake to bring with me (best way to get those deliciously bad ingredients out of the house: take them to dinner!). Thanksgiving is definitely a cheat day; guess that should be even more apt to get off my butt tonight to Zumba...gotta get ahead of the inevitable collapse of my RDI on Thursday!


Lose 10-15 lbs before Thanksgiving, and feel better about enjoying the turkey dinner! Glad I've lost 9 to 10 lbs already! :D
176.4 lb Lost so far: 31.6 lb.    Still to go: 41.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
