1627 kcal Fat: 53.66g | Prot: 77.86g | Carb: 214.91g.   Breakfast: Fruit Smoothie Drink (with Fruit Juice and Dairy Products). Lunch: Hummus with Sun Dried Tomatoes, Triscuit Reduced Fat Crackers, Blue Cheese Stuffed Olives, Light Balsamic Vinaigrette, Crystal Light on the Go Sugar Free packets, Lettuce Salad with Egg, Cheese, Tomato, and/or Carrots. Dinner: Cooked Spinach (from Frozen, Fat Not Added in Cooking), Chicken Leg Quarters, Enriched Dry Pasta. Snacks/Other: Beef Jerky, Fruit Smoothie Drink (with Fruit Juice and Dairy Products). more...
