1627 kcal Fat: 53.66g | Prot: 77.86g | Carb: 214.91g.   Breakfast: Fruit Smoothie Drink (with Fruit Juice and Dairy Products). Lunch: Hummus with Sun Dried Tomatoes, Triscuit Reduced Fat Crackers, Light Balsamic Vinaigrette, Blue Cheese Stuffed Olives, Crystal Light on the Go Sugar Free packets, Lettuce Salad with Egg, Cheese, Tomato, and/or Carrots. Dinner: Enriched Dry Pasta, Chicken Leg Quarters, Cooked Spinach (from Frozen, Fat Not Added in Cooking). Snacks/Other: Fruit Smoothie Drink (with Fruit Juice and Dairy Products), Beef Jerky. more...
