yeah lost! i only need to lose 0.8 kg! no gaining weight again!

i had musli with water. A green apple. R slice of cheese and soup
125.2 lb Lost so far: 6.4 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 17.0 lb a week
