I don't know whether to be happy that my fatness hasn't reflected with a gain on the scale, or sad that it probably means I'm losing muscle while gaining fat by not exercising & uncontrolably binge eating on garbage. I'm 10 pounds overweight but I look 40lbs overweight with my bulging stomach, protruding muffin top, unbelievably thick thighs, and my face is starting to frown from gravity pulling the extra fat.
I'm taking a caribbean cruise in January, and as of this date, I won't fit my summer clothes I packed away, sadly not my white 'uniform shorts' either. DO SOMETHING KRISTY!!!
184.8 lb Lost so far: 38.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Try to relax and find something positive about your body to focus on. Then move forward, chin up, and make sure every bite of food you take in is a healthy one that will nourish you and bring you to that goal. Many FS friends would kill to have only 10 pounds! You can do that. 😊

Positive thinking and loving your body is the best boost you can give yourself and will be the best aid in reaching your goals! Don´t bring yourself down so much - if you are an emotional eater, things will only get worse. Find what makes you happy and everything will get easier :)

You're not losing muscle! Get a grip. This takes time. You're whole body and all of its cells are regrouping. Getting the new message... 'I can let go of this fat!' The neurotransmitters are recalibrating to receive your new thoughts of happiness that you're getting healthy and that because of that, they can let go of the old extra fat that has been sitting around for a rainy day! There's no more sugar coming in. No more buns or sandwiches or cakes or frappes turning instantly into fat stores. You are on a mission!!!! Keep it up soldier.
