I ate more atkin bars and did one of the shakes. today I am not going to do none of them. I gained .6. We ate at Logans. I had steak, salad with blue cheese and grilled mushrooms which I only ate a few of them and didn't finish my steak. the atkin things gave me gas really bad and tummy still hurts. so that could be why I gained. but I still am over 2 pounds from where I was before we went to San Antonio. Today, I am eating bacon for breakfast and see how that does.
159.8 lb Lost so far: 16.2 lb.    Still to go: 24.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
