My muscles are sore from working out and I hope that's what the gain is...
151.0 lb Lost so far: 45.0 lb.    Still to go: 31.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

1728 kcal Fat: 56.19g | Prot: 65.62g | Carb: 278.12g.   Breakfast: smucker's low sugar strawberry, best life buttery spread, Wheat Flax Sandwich Bread. Lunch: kraft vidalia onion, green onions, tomato, azumaya tofu, spring mix. Dinner: roasted potatoes, Vegan Grilled Cheeze, Wheat Flax Sandwich Bread, best life, almond milk, campbell's tomato soup, natures own. Snacks/Other: honey, ghirardelli semi sweet chips, ole sundreied tomato wrap, peach, Strawberries , cucumber, azumaya tofu, almond milk, Apple Blasts, Vegan Date Ranch. more...
