My muscles are sore from working out and I hope that's what the gain is...
151.0 lb Lost so far: 45.0 lb.    Still to go: 31.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

1728 kcal Fat: 56.19g | Prot: 65.62g | Carb: 278.12g.   Breakfast: smucker's low sugar strawberry, best life buttery spread, Wheat Flax Sandwich Bread. Lunch: kraft vidalia onion, azumaya tofu, spring mix, green onions, tomato. Dinner: campbell's tomato soup, roasted potatoes, natures own, almond milk, best life, Wheat Flax Sandwich Bread, Vegan Grilled Cheeze. Snacks/Other: Apple Blasts, Vegan Date Ranch, ole sundreied tomato wrap, peach, almond milk, azumaya tofu, Strawberries , cucumber, ghirardelli semi sweet chips, honey. more...
