My muscles are sore from working out and I hope that's what the gain is...
151.0 lb Lost so far: 45.0 lb.    Still to go: 31.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

1728 kcal Fat: 56.19g | Prot: 65.62g | Carb: 278.12g.   Breakfast: best life buttery spread, Wheat Flax Sandwich Bread, smucker's low sugar strawberry. Lunch: spring mix, kraft vidalia onion, azumaya tofu, tomato, green onions. Dinner: roasted potatoes, Vegan Grilled Cheeze, Wheat Flax Sandwich Bread, best life, almond milk, campbell's tomato soup, natures own. Snacks/Other: cucumber, ole sundreied tomato wrap, azumaya tofu, almond milk, Vegan Date Ranch, Apple Blasts, peach, ghirardelli semi sweet chips, honey, Strawberries . more...
