I don't know what I did, as a matter of fact, I'm skeptical to believe it as this is the conversion from 107 kg that my scale just decided to switch to and I don't know how to get it back to lbs.
235.9 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 60.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
