had to skip gym - went for Jim's hearing aids = got home to late. Not realy feeling up to it anyway. Bad attitude. Dancing tonight.
173.6 lb Lost so far: 36.4 lb.    Still to go: 23.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
