A marginal change. My belt, now, is comfortable at the middle hole and tight at the fourth hole. I'm fitting into 37" inch jeans.
213.4 lb Lost so far: 123.6 lb.    Still to go: 45.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

WOOHOO!! That's absolutely amazing!! I love when I have to switch holes in my belt... it's really a true measure that I'm changing!

That's awesome. Good for you. I am still trying to shake things up a bit and get myself moving in the right direction. Maintenance isn't what it's cracked up to be. So hard staying in the right place. Happy Hump Day!!

alright...wahhhwhoooo...thats definately a motivator when you can see the results in your belt...means even if the scales arent always showing the loss...clothes, belts, are ...have a greatttttttt day...

Thanks for the good thoughts. Watching the scale hover at the same point for days at a time can be exceedingly frustrating.
