Day 1 of my fat fast, dropped 1.6 lbs :) whoop. I'm testing out during this fast if I can consume coffee creamer with real sugar in it. So far it looks like the creamer I had hasn't affected the loss so far. I will keep having the sugar sweetened creamer for the entire fat fast (4 cups a day with 1/2 tablespoon of creamer each or 3.82 carbs each. I'm getting close to 199 :) Happy dance today!
203.8 lb Lost so far: 45.8 lb.    Still to go: 63.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
