Ugh-Waging war with my body.
149.4 lb Lost so far: 14.6 lb.    Still to go: 19.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I'm pretty sure you really want to embrace your body and wage war with all the crap that makes your body feel awful. Well at least that's what I'm thinking I need to do but the challenge is I like those damn things that make me feel like crap!!! Hoping today is a better day, a glimpse of good things to come and you win the WAR!!! Take care my friend.
