Dukan Day 19
Lost a pound so where I started at beginning of week, which is a net nothing. SU lost 4 pounds this week. Trying not to hate him.
145.3 lb Lost so far: 18.7 lb.    Still to go: 15.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
