Happy Fathers Day. As for my weigh in - nothing lost - nothing gained. I'm happy as long as I'm not gaining any back.

Note to slave drivers - walked mall 3 hours yesterday.
172.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 40.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Good morning Buffy! What??? Only three hours? LOL, do you hear the whip cracking? Good job on the mall walking, it is certainly hot enough to drive people indoors. Stay cool and have a wonderful Sunday!

Bren - I knew you'd understand! Whenever I lose a pound it takes my body a couple of weeks to get used to the idea.

Morning Buffy! Nothing gained IS progress in our life. Three HOURS of mall walking, (I can't imagine doing that, as I just hate the mall), you deserve a break today. So, no cracking from me...lol, OK, maybe just a little. BTW, I just wanted to say thank you to you for all your support! Have a great day BB!

Auntie - I have to admit it was slow walking (stop, look, etc.). I did end up buying two pair of sandals - they were on sale and I couldn't help myself.

Hey Buffy - the next time you wander around the mall for 3 hours... buy yourself your next GOAL! Hang it in your room and try it on every week until it fits :) It's wonderful motivation !!! Much Love.

Paula - Good idea! The next time I find that perfect "thing" on the clearance rack I think I'll snatch it up. Because I just know I am going to get rid of this weight.

Sandy - I went with a good friend whom I hadn't seen in a while, mainly for the purpose of getting our of the house and catching up (and walking). Trust me, it took a lot of restraint not to come home with 20 pairs.
