Sorry for the late response...I was gone for 2 weeks on vacation and didn't have a computer. I wish I could say the ACV makes me lose...if that was the case I would drink a gallon if it! Anyway I just love the flavor if it! Plus, it does have a nice amount of potassium in it. Now, I ate too much on the vacation and I gained a few...but I am not worried...it has already started to get back to normal..plus I really missed eating the fresh green salads that I get at home. Funny how your tastebuds change!

Gaining only 6 pounds on a 2 week vacation is really very good. Keep up the great work. You are very steadily heading to your goal weight. Excellent.
