Last day of the month and by some miracle, I'm down two pounds for the month. Was hoping for four (1 pound a week), but I such a terrible, rough month with weight fluctuations and unexpected gains from nowhere, I'm thrilled for the loss and I'll TAKE IT!
190.5 lb Lost so far: 89.5 lb.    Still to go: 41.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
