The weekends consistently pose an obsticle to a healthy eating regiment for me. I recovered from the weekends poor eating choices by drinking liquids from tuesday until friday. Whey protien shakes with banaba, yogurt and frozen strawberry's, also drank coffe, tea, water and fresh pressed carrot juice.
I may continue into the weekend in order to break past the current barrier of 208 lbs while adjusting my attitude towards what and how much I eat.
I may continue to take an aggresive approach at least until breaking the 200 lb barrier with is high end of my Dr's reccomended weight range for me.
