yeeeeah!!! i done told u!!! haha as jonah likes to say lol. i feel great. dont really feel like i am starving myself of any nutrients. i actually feel like ppl have set the rdi of calories waaay too high. especially when everyone hardly excercises anymore. i am praying to be 115 by july 2nd but in all honestly 116 is fine. i am worried when i visit my dads he loves to cook very high calorie meals im going to just have to talk with him about it.
118.8 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 8.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
